Getting Started
- How do I log in the first time? During installation, you create an admin account. Once the installer completes, hit the log in button, you'll be redirected to the login page.
- Why can’t I register a new account? Public registration is disabled; user are created and verified by site Admin
Installation & Setup
- What are the server requirements? PHP 8.x, MySQL/MariaDB 10.x+, HTTPS, file uploads enabled.
- What post-install steps are needed? Remove demo data, upload your logo, set company details etc - see guide Post InstallSetup.
Accounts & Permissions
- What roles exist? Admin, Manager, Staff, Driver, Customer and Superuser (view-only as permitted) - see guide Staff
- How do I get admin access? An existing admin must promote your account.
Quotes, Bookings & Jobs
- Where do I create a quote? Visit the Quotations page and enter the destination postcode - see guide Quote Calculator
