Getting Started

  • How do I log in the first time? During installation, you create an admin account. Once the installer completes, hit the log in button, you'll be redirected to the login page.
  • Why can’t I register a new account? Public registration is disabled; user are created and verified by site Admin

Installation & Setup

  • What are the server requirements? PHP 8.x, MySQL/MariaDB 10.x+, HTTPS, file uploads enabled.
  • What post-install steps are needed? Remove demo data, upload your logo, set company details etc - see guide Post InstallSetup.

Accounts & Permissions

  • What roles exist? Admin, Manager, Staff, Driver, Customer and Superuser (view-only as permitted) - see guide Staff
  • How do I get admin access? An existing admin must promote your account.

Quotes, Bookings & Jobs

  • Where do I create a quote? Visit the Quotations page and enter the destination postcode - see guide Quote Calculator
  • How do drivers update status/POD? From the job detail screen; attach photos and signatures - see guide Drivers

Invoices & Payments

  • How are invoices generated? Invoices can only be created once a job is marked as delivered/complete - see guide on Logistack Invoicing
  • Can I edit invoice numbering? No.
