FTP Settings
Overview
FTP stands for File Transfer Protocol, that uses specialist software that communicates with your server, by way of login details, to upload files to your server.
Logistack has an update system, but this is limited to root folder access only.
To modify other files, you'll need access via FTP.

I can only speak on my hosting (Hostinger), but your host will use very similar settings;
