Customer Access Module
The Customer Access module is a secure self-service portal where clients will be able to log in to view live job status, approve quotes, download invoices/PODs, and raise requests without going through support.
Access is invitation-only with time-limited links and role-based permissions, and all actions are audited so you control exactly what each customer can see and do.
Issues
Currently working on the customer access module, still require further refinement, improvement and testing before it becomes a resource you should provide.
